This versatile R505 router bit is designed for precision machining in digital cutting systems. These milling router bits R505 have a routing diameter of 5mm and routing depth of 16mm and are suitable for engraving, milling, drilling, routing a wide range of different aluminum composite material, e.g. Dibond, Alupanel, Gobond, Dilite, IGEPA Bond Premium, Basic IGPA, Alucobond, Reynobond, Dibond Digital, Dilite. Router bits R205 can cut through both the aluminum and polyethylene or mineral core layers.

The R505 cutters are particularly durable and hard-wearing thanks to the special coating and are designed for industrial applications such as the manufacture of display and signs, exhibition stands, interior decoration, digital printing etc.

There is also a milling bit R205 which is uncoated.
