This versatile R205 router bit is designed for precision machining in digital cutting systems. These milling router bits R205 have a routing diameter of 5mm and routing depth of 16mm and are suitable for engraving, milling, drilling, routing a wide range of different aluminum composite material, e.g. Dibond, Alupanel, Gobond, Dilite, IGEPA Bond Premium, Basic IGPA, Alucobond, Reynobond, Dibond Digital, Dilite. Router bits R205 can cut through both the aluminum and polyethylene or mineral core layers.

The R205 routers are designed for industrial applications such as signage manufacturing, architectural cladding, exhibition stands, interior design elements, digital printing and advertising displays.
