Sollex only collects the information necessary to fulfill its contracts with customers and suppliers. The personal data you provide to us is not sold or exchanged with other companies. However, your data may be processed by service providers that provide services to Sollex, such as web, communication and AI services, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Why the data is collected and how it will be used
Personal data that you provide in your order on the website, by mail, phone or contact form may be used for the following purposes:
- to receive, place an order or create an offer
- to clarify information in order to fulfill the customer agreement, e.g. contact details and delivery address
- to contact you for advice, information, clarification of delivery details etc.
- sending news via third party services such as Mailchimp, Sender etc.
Sollex customers have the right to request a register extract to be able to check what information is registered about them.
How long we will save the data
We save the personal data that you have provided to us via the order or contact form for as long as it is necessary to contact you.
If you no longer want us to contact you, please send an email to info@sollex.se or at our next contact point. If you do not wish to receive newsletters from us, please click on the unsubscribe link in the email you receive or contact us and we will remove you from the list.
AI Chat (Simon)
Simon is an AI assistant that answers questions about our products and services. The responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer. Prices, availability and product specifications are always confirmed in a quotation or order confirmation.
When you use the chat, we process the information you enter in order to respond to your questions. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing efficient customer support.
The chat is provided by an external AI service provider which, together with its subprocessors for AI processing and data storage, processes the information on our behalf. Some processing may take place outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, the data is protected through the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Conversations are stored for 30 days and are then deleted. We recommend that you do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to the processing. Please contact us at info@sollex.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
