Complaint and return

Sollex customers are entitled to a fourteen-day right of withdrawal or exchange when purchasing online. This means you may return products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging or seal. If an item has been used or handled in a way that compromises its condition, you may be liable for any loss in value.

To assess the characteristics or function of a product, you may open the packaging, but this should be done carefully. Both the product and its packaging should be returned in the best possible condition.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products tailored specifically to the customer’s personal requirements.

Business customers should inspect goods upon receipt and report any defects within a reasonable timeframe. Issues that arise later may be claimed under the product warranty.

Private customers exercising the right of withdrawal are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, Sollex will reimburse both the return shipping and the original purchase amount, provided that a replacement cannot be supplied within a reasonable period.


Instructions

This instruction applies to all types of returns. It is important that you fill in all the squares in the return form. The return number is valid for 14 days and the return must be received by us within this time.

  • We will contact you by e-mail once your request has been received and checked.
  • Remember to always send the product with outer wrapping to prevent damage to the original package.
