The Z68 oscillating knife is a high-performance tungsten carbide blade designed for CNC digital cutting systems and professional cutting tables where precision, stability, and long service life are critical. The flat tip provides controlled material entry and stable cutting behavior, while the maximum cutting depth of 29 mm makes the blade suitable for thicker and structurally complex materials.

Z68 is primarily used for cutting corrugated board, cardboard, honeycomb materials, and dry composite substrates. The combination of a robust blade geometry and wear-resistant tungsten carbide ensures high resistance to abrasion, particularly when processing materials with varying density or fiber content. This results in consistent cut quality and reduced tool change frequency in production.

The blade corresponds to Zünd Z68 (5204301), Gerber MCT SE68, iEcho E68, and Hasler H68, and is manufactured by Sollex as an independent alternative for digital cutting applications.
