Sollex Purchase & Delivery Conditions

At Sollex, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering not only high-quality products and reliable service, but also ensuring smooth and timely deliveries. If you are not fully satisfied with a product you have received, we are prepared to accept returns for items within our standard product range, provided they are returned in their original, unused condition.

Please note that this return policy does not apply to custom-manufactured items or products purchased from suppliers other than Sollex. Our satisfaction guarantee is valid for fourteen days from the date of invoice.

Countries Sollex can receive bank payments from

Sollex's cooperating bank maintains a list of countries to which it can send and receive bank payments. Below you will find a list of 86 countries with which we partner and can deliver Sollex products without any problems. 

If you do not find your country in the list, unfortunately we cannot deliver the order to you.

Delivery within Europe:

• Quick delivery. Orders for the stocked product made before 13.00 are usually shipped the same day.
• Items that are made to order generally have a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks.
• The shipping cost is approximately 20 euros within Europe but varies depending on the customer's country. 
• New customers pay for the first order in advance. 
• Regular customers have 30-day payment terms on our invoices.
• All products are sold FCA

Delivery outside Europe:

• Quick delivery. Orders for the stocked product made before 13.00 are usually shipped the same day. 
• Items that are made to order generally have a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks.
• Transport cost dependent on price from TNT. 
• New customers pay for the first order in advance. 
  
• Regular customers have 30-day payment terms on our invoices.
• All products are sold FCA

Here's how to order online on our website, sollex.se

1. Select a category and a product that you are interested in. State your wishes in detail (for example, size and color) and click on “Place in basket”. The product is automatically placed in your basket.
2. In the basket, you can see the amount you spent. If you want to see your products, remove a product, or change the quantity, click on “To checkout.”
3. At the checkout, you log in or register as a customer (if you have not shopped before).
   It is important to state the correct email address, as the order confirmation with your order number will be sent to the address you have stated.
4. You then check your order and select a payment method and shipping method. You accept our terms and continue by clicking on “Complete purchase”.
5. Your order is sent to us at the same time as you receive a confirmation by email.
   Please contact us if you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours.
6. Your products will be delivered within 14 days (it is our ambition to deliver products in stock the same day or the day after payment has been received).
